I was able to attend a screening of The Dark Knight as well as get some footage of the Batmobile and the awesome, new Batpod! This is my review without any spoilers.
I wrote a full review with a minor spoiler alert for AngryWeb.

I have never had any real like for the whole Batman thing other than the tv series decades ago. I have seen bits and pieces of the various batman movies over the years and was never impressed enough to actually sit through a whole movie. That said, this one looks like it might get me to go see it.

SO excited, so looking forward to it, I think the review made my anticipation worse….are we there yet?

Great review. Thanks for keeping it relatively spoiler free. As always, you’re awesome @wood.
My current top comic-book-related movies of all time currently looks like this:
1. Batman Begins
2. Superman
3. Iron Man
4. The Incredible Hulk (2008)
I fully expect The Dark Knight to be on this list. It will probably round out my top 5 by bumping The Incredible Hulk down to fifth.

@pcnerd37 I would say this one is worth giving it a shot. You don’t have to be a Batman fan to enjoy this movie. Its just a good flick!
@Beth I know! I can’t believe I have to wait 2 more weeks to see it again. Boo!

I love the new single movie format. I can’t wait to see this one, it seems like pure awesome sauce.

Wow, very stirring review.
I just sent an email to Jake at TheMovieSpace.com to talk to you about reposting this little video on his site. I’m starting to syndicate my blog’s movie reviews on his site and thought you might be interested. You get a link back to your site, if you’re interested.

Thanks for telling us about it, but now I’m near exploding with anticipation! I nearly worshiped Batman growing up!! I’m sure you’re right about the ending in TDK, but don’t forget that in Iron Man the ending was totally aimed at the Avengers movie (though, albeit, didn’t introduce new plot points).
My top comic book movies:
1 – Batman Begins
2 – Iron Man
3 – X-men 2
4 – Spider-man 2
